Move the light across the gold
Now on the wall
Two sun discs keep watch over a blooming lotus. Every ridge in the gold is raised by hand, so the piece never looks the same twice: at noon it glows flat and calm, and by lamplight every petal throws its own small shadow.
Look closer
Move across the circle to see what a screen usually hides: the hand-drawn grooves, the beads set one by one, the edges that catch the light.
This is relief art, made to be seen in person, under your own light.
No prints, no copies. Each piece is made once, then signed and certified.
The relief is raised so that shadows do part of the work. The piece changes as the day does.
Designed, sculpted and framed by Riyanka in her studio in Indirapuram.
Next on the wall
They are still in the studio. Each one goes up on this wall when it is ready.
The studio is opening room by room
The gallery opens with the pieces now in the studio. Save this page; the next frame goes up here first.
